How to use the product: Shake well before taking. How to use as a sunscreen: Apply liberally to exposed areas 15 minutes before exposure to sunlight. Reapply at least every 2 hours or as needed after towel drying, swimming or sweating. Use waterproof sunscreen when swimming or sweating.How to protect yourself from sun exposure: Regularly use sunscreen with an SPF of 15 or higher and use other protective measures such as: Avoid outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear a long-sleeved shirt, pants, a hat, and sunglasses.
