The bumps on the sole are not as soft as they seem in the picture, but quite hard. Just right for foot massage. The sole itself is like a sieve with through holes. I think these are shoes for home, as the feet will get dirty immediately outside. But for home, they are just what you need, and the feet don't sweat.
