Firstly this is not a touch screen smart watch. There is a small circle located at the bottom of the bezel that activates the screen and also moves the screen to the next function and acts as the ok button (that's what long press is). The watch thus far accurately records my pulse and blood O2 levels though I'm not quite convinced in the BP monitor function yet. I've had to reset the watch once since I received it as it stopped recording steps taken but aside from that over all I'm happy with how it is working.
Perfect there is also option for Greek language.
