A thermally and acoustically insulated flexible conduit, thanks to its temperature resistance of up to +250°C and non-flammability, is intended for transporting hot air, e.g. in HAD systems. Perforations of the internal conduits reduce system noise and suppress the vibrations.
STRUCTURE:
The internal layer of the conduit is a slightly perforated conduit. Mineral wool is the insulating layer, while the outer cover is a multilayer coating of laminated aluminium reinforced with fibre glass. Additionally, there is a vapour-proof layer made of polyester film between the outer conduit and the insulation. Thanks to a thicker aluminium layer, the conduit has higher rigidity, durability and mechanical resistance compared to a traditional flexible conduit.
