The bias checker can easily measure the current flowing through the tubes installed in the amplifier, making bias adjustment easier. Vacuum tube amplifiers produce completely different sounds depending on the bias current settings. In addition, the bias point changes with use, so by regularly adjusting it with this device, you can maintain stable sound quality. With this device, if the heater is an indirectly heated vacuum tube, the bias current can be adjusted for both AC and DC ignition amplifiers. The amplifier that can be used must have heater voltage (AC or DC 6.3V) between pins 2 and 7. Two socket adapters are included, allowing you to adjust two bias currents almost simultaneously.
