He began his career in 1998 as the guitarist for Ellegarden and has released five albums, several EPs and maxi singles. After Ellegarden went on hiatus in 2008, Ikugata formed NothingsCarvedInStone, which has released 11 albums to date. Ellegarden reunited in 2018, released their 6th album in 2022, and are continuing their activities. The Epiphone ES-355ver.02 released this time inherits the specifications of Gibson's signature model, such as the diamond-shaped F-hole with binding, Grover rotomatic tuner, Gibson 57 classic pickup, Bigsby B70 vibrato, baritone switch, and "skull" logo on the back of the headstock, and is available in 5 colors.
