Suggested Use
To stimulate protein synthesis and promote muscle recovery, take one scoop (17.73 grams) of MUSCLEAA™ XTREME before your workout or exercise event. Mix one scoop with 12-16 oz of water before your workout (or during your workout). Shake or stir well. On rest days, you can take MUSCLEAA™ XTREME any time of day.
