How the yoga swing works:
1. Traction: Thanks to the yoga swing, bodyweight traction is the safest and most effective way to exercise.
2. Back and core strengthening: A few anti-gravity yoga swing exercises per week will relieve back pain. Conversely, gravity resistance training is an effective way to build deep core strength.
3. Flexibility: Simply lean back, grab your ankles, and relax on the yoga swing.
Installation instructions:
First, install hooks in the ceiling, a solid plate, or a steel pipe that can hold the hooks. A distance of 50 cm to 80 cm between two hooks is preferred. You must cut holes in the ceiling before installing the hook. Perforated ceilings above the ceiling are not suitable for installation (installation must be possible on fixed objects).
If the ceiling is higher, an extended belt must be added. The belt length is 70 cm. The length of the anti-gravity yoga hammock is 1.4 to 1.5 meters, so higher ceilings are also acceptable.
The anti-gravity yoga hammock ends with the end of the hook to ensure sufficient extension.
