It was too small

Unlike other Nike models the size is small, perhaps because the toe is flatter and it's not clear from the photo. The size is the reason the product will be returned. However, the color, purple, is not at all true to the shade shown in the photo. It's much darker, duller. Edit The return procedure is proceeding on at least questionable tracks. I won't comment on the chat, assuming it's a tool available to customers! Edit 07.11.2025 After 5 days of waiting, I receive the shipping instructions to be able to make the return. Too bad they force me to send the shoes back to Hong Kong!! This is the address they provided me, as if I hadn't purchased them through their website. Costs higher than the value of the shoes, with all the associated risks, assuming the location is the correct one. And yet they have locations in Europe ... I attach a screenshot. I won't add anything else, I would have to use unflattering terms; let everyone draw their own conclusions. Shameful. How disgusting!
