Note:
Dash cam storage card shows full
1. Make sure the loop recording function on the device is turned on (if not enabled, the memory will be full after recording).
2. Turn off the G sensor on the device (if this function is on during recording, it will automatically lock videos that cannot be deleted, causing the memory to show full).
3. If the storage card is still full after the above steps, please format the storage card or purchase a new one (high speed cards should have a speed of at least C10).
Dash cam keeps shutting off automatically
1. Check if the dash cam is charging (if not charging, the device may shut off).
2. Set the auto power off status to not shut off (if turned on, the dash cam will not record and will automatically shut off).
Dash cam won t turn on
1. Charge the dash cam for a period of time (make sure the charger is working and the car charger indicator light is on).
2. Remove the storage card (it may be damaged, causing the device not to turn on).
3. If the dash cam charging light still does not turn on, perform a reset.
Dash cam recordings stop, images are not continuous, intervals exist
Turn off the motion detection function, if this function is on, the dash cam will switch to non recording when it is still in front of the camera, and will switch back to recording when there is movement in front of the camera.
