This is a plastic model assembly kit that recreates the Macchi MC.202 Folgore, an Italian WWII fighter. Scale: 1/72, with a finished length of 123mm. This handy size realistically recreates the appearance of this famous Italian aircraft. The aircraft's speedy design has been meticulously modeled, down to the panel lines. Separate parts such as the upper nose panel and radiator cover are provided for accurate reproduction of detail. Of course, not only the shape but also the cockpit seat and instrument panel are realistically reproduced. The canopy can be assembled either open or closed. The detailed reproduction of the landing gear parts also enhances the realism of the finished product. Markings are selected from those flown by MC.202 pilots who became aces in WWII. Decals are provided for nose and side markings.
