Directions: ■ 1. Bathing: Add 2 paper cups of Epsom salt to bath water at a moderate temperature and dissolve. Rinse with clean water after 20 minutes. 2. Scrub: Mix 2 teaspoons of Epsom salt with body wash. Massage into skin to exfoliate, then rinse with clean water. 3. Other Uses: Ideal for foot baths or baths after exercise or when feeling tired.
