How to Use: Twist the eyeliner up. Draw a line from the inner corner of your eyelid to the outer corner, close to your lash line. You can also use it on your lower waterline. The liner will smudge within 15-30 seconds of application, creating a smoky liner effect.
Ingredients: Trimethylsiloxysilicate, synthetic wax, hydrogenated polyisobutene, hydrogenated poly(C6-14 olefin), hydrogenated polydecene, mica, polybutene, silica silylate, Rhus succedanea fruit wax, ethylene/propylene copolymer, Copernicia cerifera wax, pentaerythrityl tetra-di-t-butyl hydroxyhydrocinnamate. May contain: iron oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499), Black No. 2 (CI 77266), ultramarines (CI 77007), ferric ferrocyanide (CI 77510), titanium dioxide (CI 77891), carmine (CI 75470).
