Product Description: This lightweight liquid formula thoroughly removes impurities and heavy makeup. Botanical ingredients like rice bran oil and jojoba oil leave skin feeling clean and bright. [Mineral oil-free].

How to Use: Apply to dry skin and massage in a circular motion to dissolve makeup. Rinse with lukewarm water or a foam cleanser.
