NODC's commitment is to avoid using adhesives wherever possible, so that heel protectors can be used with just double-sided tape. Through repeated testing, we've found that they can be used without adhesive and will not peel off (although using sneaker adhesive makes them even stronger). The adhesive part has been updated with a thick, cushioned tape for extra strength. The cushioning allows them to conform to twisting and make them less likely to peel off. It's designed specifically for sneakers and can be cut to fit other sneakers. It can also be used to protect the soles of business shoes and safety boots from wear, extending the life of everyday shoes.
