The item is very carefully packaged and I received it in 2 weeks from my ordered date Feb 20,2019. It said my item expected delivery by May 8th, it was worried me, but the tracking information gave me great information of where my item was delivered and it relieved my worries when tracking shown it’s arrived in San Francisco port. Thanks Sellers for great services! This item was the 1st item I tried Joom. My 2nd items I tried was delivered in 7 days, but I was off by the clothing sizes! I should try 2 sizes up.... it was not fit me with 1 size up already & too much issues for returning the items to the sellers in China, so I just leave it there.....😥
I would definitely recommend this product.It comes in a well packaged and is in great shape.The only thing is that the instructions come in only Chinese so i don't know what 2 buttons do😅
Update:I just noticed these are NOT the headphones showed in the picture. They are still good but they are not the ones in the pictures.
I thought i could connect them Via; Bluetooth to my phone, as it turns out you cant. But there is a cable that u can plug in them so they work like that anyways good sound nice quality arived sooner then expected.
