Directions for Use Take 1 Replesta wafer once a week (every 7 days) for 8 weeks, or as directed by your doctor. After 8 weeks, continue taking your vitamin D maintenance dose, or as directed by your doctor. Chew or crush the wafer. Do not swallow the wafer whole.
