[OTTOGI] Ottogi Curry powder 100g/1kg Curry powder for cooking. Launched in 1969, Ottogi's founding product is an authentic curry that brings to life the original taste and aroma of curry, containing strictly selected ingredients and long-standing spice blending know-how.

Preparation Instructions: Sauté: Cut the meat, onions, potatoes, and carrots into bite-sized pieces and sauté them well in Ottogi cooking oil. Then add water and boil until the ingredients are completely cooked. Finish: Lower the heat, add the Ottogi Curry powder little by little while stirring to dissolve it completely. Simmer until thickened and serve over rice.

StorageConditions: Store in a cool dark place away from direct sunlight. Store it in a spot away from your stove, oven, or dishwasher. High temperatures can cause the spices to lose their potency and turn the oils rancid. Dark: Direct sunlight or even bright kitchen lights can fade the color (curcumin) and degrade the flavor. A dark pantry or a kitchen cabinet is perfect.
