Tsubaki Premium EX Intensive Repair Shampoo + Conditioner

I am extremely disappointed and upset with the service provided by the MayBeauty store on Ayzeze. I waited a very long time for my order, but in the end I received the completely wrong item. Instead of the product I ordered, I received cuticle oil, which I did not order and absolutely do not need. What makes this even more painful is that there is a war happening in our country right now, and small purchases like these are little moments of joy that help people emotionally get through difficult times. And this is how you treat your customers — it is truly awful. I paid for a specific product, and I demand a full refund of €21.85 as soon as possible. Please confirm that you have received my complaint and inform me of the exact timeframe for the refund process. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to leave appropriate reviews and contact buyer protection services

I've purchased this cream before from other sellers. Not the same product, dries the skin out and thinner in consistency. I don't think it is a genuine product and I paid £54. Not happy. I would like a refund but the website isn't giving me an option to do this.

The store is amazing, they have great customer service, the package arrived undamaged, the product is original and the price is great, very satisfied with my order and will keep on ordering from this store
