The hat is dark pink (as I requested), but the shoulder strap is purple, the color difference being visible. Otherwise it's nice, even if the dimensions are a bit small, but quite roomy. I ordered the black bag and it arrived in pink, why and how can this be solved?

He only has one pocket. It is in good condition, only the strap is sewn to one side. I like it anyway.
