Shiny color: Fresco How to use: Use translucent powder before using powder blush. The color spreads evenly and gives a smooth finish. Choose from Cheek Color Blush or Angled Cheek Color Blush. Dab some powder on the back of your hand and spread the pigment evenly on your brush. Apply color by swirling it around your cheeks and spread it evenly and thinly.
