This figma is of the Giant God Warrior attacking Tokyo from Studio Ghibli's latest special effects short film, "God Warrior Appears in Tokyo," which will be screened at the exhibition "Director Anno Hideaki's Special Effects Museum: Techniques of the Showa and Heisei Eras Seen in Miniatures." The miniature mockup, which was created as a prototype for the life-size puppet used in the special effects footage, was 3D scanned and reduced in size, with further modifications made by sculptor Takayuki Takeya, who created the prototype. Optional parts include the head pose when firing the Giant God Warrior's proton beam, a staff of light, and the horns of light on its back.
