[installation and commissioning]
1. Read this manual carefully before installation, cut off the power supply and install it by professional technicians.
2. The flow direction must be the same as the arrow on the valve body.
3. The valve body must be located above the coil drain pan to ensure that water drops into the drain pan.
4. The valve body and driver must be installed in the vertical direction & lusmn; 60 ℃, and there should be at least 30mm space above it for disassembly and assembly. Sufficient maintenance and operation space must be maintained with surrounding pipelines, equipment and buildings, and must be installed at the place accessible to maintenance personnel through the manhole.
5. Two or more electric valves shall not be connected in parallel. If it is necessary to connect in parallel, the relay shall be used for isolation
6. The driver shall not be installed until the valve body has been installed and the pipeline has passed the pressure test.
7. If the driver has been installed on the valve body, the driver shall not be forced during installation and commissioning, otherwise the driver will be damaged.
8. The driver shall not be wrapped with thermal insulation material, otherwise its heat dissipation will be affected.
9. The driver must be reliably grounded through a conductor of not less than 1.5mm2, and lines shall conform to relevant electrical standards.
10. After the installation is completed and checked to be correct, power on for debugging. Observe at least three complete operation cycles of the driving actuator until all components are correct.
11. After water free commissioning, water test shall be conducted. The pressure difference between the upper and lower water of the system must be strictly controlled within 0.15Mpa to ensure the effectiveness of the electric valve to the water flow switch.
