Suggested Usage:
Define:
-Add definition by lining lips with PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil in either a nude or coordinating shade, following your pout’s natural contours.
-For subtle volume, line just outside your natural lip line.
-To avoid obvious demarcation when using saturated colors, diffuse with a lip brush.
Sculpt:
-Use a freshly sharpened PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil to outline your desired shape.
-Fill in with pencil and blend with a lip brush.
-For a sculpted look, fill in the sides of the lips to create the illusion of fullness in the center.
Color:
-After exfoliating the lips, fill in the entire top and bottom lip with PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil.
-Diffuse with a lip brush.
-For an ombré effect, blend more than one shade of PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil together before applying LUST: Gloss (sold separately).
