Attention:
ACC Cruise Control Radar Calibration Method:
1. Firstly, perform four-wheel alignment to ensure that the
calibration plate is placed horizontally and completely parallel to
the car.
2. Place the calibration plate horizontally and vertically, so that it
is absolutely parallel to the car.
3. Turn on the infrared laser light on the calibration board and
accurately aim the beam at the center of the ACC radar.
4. Turn on the car's ACC system and align the millimeter waves it
emits with the calibration plate.
At this point, use the diagnostic head and ODlS software to detect if there is any deviation in the direction of the ACC radar's millimeter wave emission.lf there is a deviation, it can be corrected by adjusting the screws on the ACC bracket. The specific operation is to open the 5054 diagnostic head and ODlS software, and check whether there is any directional deviation in the millimeter wave emitted by the ACC radar.
