(C)KOTOBUKIYA Governor Parapawn LAT Miller is making a comeback as Ver1.5 with changes to the head sculpt and molding materials. Does it need to be assembled? Yes The head sculpt has been changed to a more realistic design than the "old version" (based on Early Governor Vol.3). Both versions with and without head equipment have been newly sculpted, and a version with a rabbit mask is also included. The hair is pre-painted, and you can enjoy a total of three different head designs. The upper body armor, which was previously molded from PVC, has been changed to PS material, making it easier to paint and modify. (The wrists will remain made of PVC.)
