Hello, I have already written a complaint once for this product, and you replied on Tue, Oct 27 at 1:52 PM I will send you a video until November 25, 2026. I am sending you an attached video, in which it can be seen that the magnet sticks to the refrigerator, but it does not stick to the bottom of the ordered product, the teapot. The product was not used at all, even after unpacking I noticed that it cannot be used on an induction hob. It is visible that the bottom of the kettle is not thick, the whole product is flimsy. This is not what I paid so much money for. Request refund. I paid a lot, and I received a poor-quality product, not of quality.. I already received an email stating you rejected the refund, but that's not how it works. If you write November 25, 2026 in an email, then don't send me on November 1, 2026 saying you rejected everything.. I am waiting for the refund. Thank you, Lazar Gyongyver

Product of extremely low quality contrary to what the box FAUCET states! Doesn't even deserve to be installed! Can that promises to rust, fragile showerhead, handle that promises to break when pressed, weak can that supports the faucet to the sink (if you press it, it breaks immediately). DO NOT BUY...if you install it, you will waste your time. I was doubly deceived because in the refund they sent the merchandise to my old deactivated address for over a year, and it was returned that way, and I lost all the money! DIRTY TRICK!

The delivery service OMNIVA you chose has placed the package in the wrong postbox. Two days later it was found. Why was the package not sent to my delivery address? Another package V29443E0043251 has not yet been found 9 garment parts although it should have already been delivered. Will keep you informed*** But unfortunately I can't place any more orders with such a lousy delivery service**** Am really annoyed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
