Tråkigt

The product received was unsatisfactory, significantly different from its photograph on the website. Furthermore, the sizing was inaccurate, and there was a noticeable difference in the shoe straps. The refund process has been unexpectedly prolonged, and I am still awaiting reimbursement for postage and packaging. The photograph being worn is the listing, the other is what I received.

I want to return the product as I do not like the quality, also the size is not ok. Even though I contacted the service center (chat) cca 1 week ago, till now I did not get any answer. So again, I WANT TO RETURN IT, HOW TO DO IT PLEASE?

Hello, I await your reaction regarding my request for item return in order to further my complaint. Regarding this particular shoe, we opted for size 47. We received size 45, so we are very disappointed.

Very nice boots! Looks just like the picture. The zipper is a bit tricky and it's a bit tight around my calf's, but they are quite large atm. But when they're on they fit and look nice. Real leather and has that new car smell.

It’s not even the same model as in the photos, and on top of that they sent size 35 when I’d ordered size 34 – it’s a bit of a let-down. I’ll just have to make do with them though, because I really need them.

The color of the shoes!!!! I don't understand if you ask for one color and they send you whatever they want.... And the color they sent me isn't listed in the description of colors to choose from... I can't understand it, what a disappointment 😞
