The product I received did not satisfy me, when installing the pulley the cables did not want to hold on the grooves. I noticed that they were not deep enough to hold them in place, after several attempts I gave up. So I bought a pre-assembled Hyundai Tucson window regulator. First photo It is not the same price but at least we avoid the nervous breakdown. Out of curiosity I rechecked the pulley I received with the original pulley it is not at all the same no wonder I had trouble installing it.

Really poor quality kit! After a month of use the piece in question gave way… I advise against buying it to anyone because the quality is really too low!! After contacting support they told me they couldn't do anything because 30 days had already passed and the seller initially seemed available to solve the problem but then he also disappeared, I strongly advise against buying it!!

I received the fog lamp, made in Turkey. The reflector is not fixed, i.e. it is not possible to adjust the beam of light on the road. I am asking for a 100% refund. I do not recommend the seller, do not purchase products from this seller. Sending an obviously defective product is borderline rude. Thanks to JOOM support, I get a 100% refund, but the seller doesn't deserve an apology.

Today I received one of the two products, and I noticed that one hatch is loose, while the other is not, as it is essentially missing a white, round plastic component. Additionally, I can see cracks underneath. I am attaching the images below for your reference.

After not receiving the first order, due to it being lost in transit, they sent me one at no cost, it arrived perfectly, and the customer service couldn't have been better…despite the delay, it's a reliable place where I will definitely buy again.

I placed the order for a left front window regulator repair kit. The pulley is correct, the cables too, but the slider is for the right door.. I can't find in the app how to manage this error
