【Important Notice for International Buyers – Tomoayax Premium Audio Hi-Fi Japan】

■ Voltage Compatibility This product is designed exclusively for use in Japan (AC 100V, 50/60Hz).

Many regions use 120V or 220–240V. Using this product without a proper transformer in such voltage environments may result in malfunction, overheating, or serious and irreversible damage.

■ Plug Type This product uses a Japanese plug (Type A or B). A plug adapter may be required depending on your region.

A plug adapter only changes the plug shape and DOES NOT convert voltage. Using this product without a transformer may cause serious and irreversible damage.

■ Buyer Responsibility As this is high-end audio equipment, the buyer is fully responsible for confirming compatibility with their local voltage (100V / 120V / 220–240V) and usage environment before purchase.

■ No Return / No Refund Policy We do NOT accept returns or refunds for: ・Voltage mismatch (including 120V and 220–240V environments) ・Use without a transformer ・Plug incompatibility ・Damage caused by improper setup or usage

■ Liability We are not responsible for any damage, malfunction, or performance issues caused by improper use or incorrect voltage conditions.

■ Final Notice Please ensure full understanding of the above before purchasing. Use only under the correct voltage environment. Set of 2 anti-vibration rubber mats / Circular protrusions on both sides. Each mat measures approximately 15cm x 10cm x 2cm (protrusion height approximately 5.8mm on both sides). Each mat weighs approximately 255g. Can be cut with a household cutter. Please be careful not to cut your hands. (Cutting with a cutter with weak cutting power or cutting to small sizes may be difficult.) Reduces resonance, vibration, and rattling noises from outdoor units, washing machines/dryers/dehumidifiers/air pumps/external HDDs/electronic pianos and speakers. Also, place it under furniture, desks, racks, beds, etc., to prevent scratches on tatami mats, flooring, etc. *The rubber color may transfer to flooring or the items placed on it. Please take measures such as placing paper between the mat and the items. ■ How to reduce the odor: Soak the rubber mat in water slightly hotter than bathwater, along with baking soda and vinegar, for about two hours. After soaking, rinse with water and wipe the rubber mat dry. Allow to air dry in the shade. (Please use grain vinegar. Baking soda and vinegar are generally harmless.) ■ To mitigate the rubber smell: Wrap the item in a single layer of food wrap made of polyvinylidene chloride (other materials like plastic wrap will allow odors to pass through) to reduce the smell. *This may reduce the anti-slip and anti-vibration properties. Note: This vibration-damping rubber mat does not eliminate the motor noise of the machine itself / As it is a rubber product, it has an odor / It is not suitable for use with upright pianos due to excessive load / There may be slight variations in size.
