Had a damaged breast chain, but was refunded. However, a red velvet halterneck dress was delivered in the wrong color: ordered red and received pink.! and a sweater I had ordered, a completely different sweater was sent to me (see pictures)!! 2x wrong delivery and defective broken chain! And you get fobbed off with a maximum of 50%!! It's not okay, I'm disappointed with how customers are treated here and cannot recommend shopping here!! It happens here multiple times that you simply receive something different than what you ordered, and suddenly after weeks of ordered items, it's suddenly cancelled by Joom with the note that it's already sold out!! And the joy is just gone!! The sellers should stop constantly listing items here that are actually long sold out!! I'm starting to feel ripped off here!! Therefore, this app will be uninstalled and I won't buy anything here anymore!! There are more reliable shopping apps!! Joom is just rubbish!!! My personal opinion!! Nevertheless, thank you!

Counterfeit !!! I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. After 3 days, one of the insoles completely detaches, the outsoles already show noticeable signs of wear, and furthermore, the feet smell bad, which had never happened before. !! I would have preferred that it was indicated on the site. For my part, it's a scam!!! I will NEVER order from you again.! My son spent all his savings on trainers that will last him 15 days ! I contacted customer service: it was them who made me change my 1-star rating to 5 stars. They were fast (-12h) and simply cancelled my order and refunded it in full.. So thank you to Joom for this efficiency. Regarding the product itself, I'm leaving my initial comment so that those like me who do not wish to buy a "fake" are informed. But I renew my thanks to the customer service which was up to the task

This and the other 4 kaftans we ordered took ages and ages to arrive. But worse, this one and 3 others are easily 3 sizes too small: badly made and made from awful material. 2 arrived damaged with holes, which must have happened in the factory. Also, they're all far too short. Out of the 5 different kaftans we ordered, only one was the true size and fits fine BUT still was badly made. Both its side seams are of different lengths and the material isn't what was expected but it's ok. BE WARNED, trying to arrange returns for these damaged, poorly made and undersized garments is impossible so far, due to Joom's idiotic and not fit for purpose returns instructions, on their site and APP. None of it is possible which makes me wonder if it's all a SCAM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING JOOM IT'S BEEN A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and if we're not refunded I'll be reporting them to many as well as TRUSTPILOT.
