Anta Rocket 7 Cushioning Breathable Low top Long Distance Running Sprint Running Shoes Women's 122545581-2

Good evening, Thank you for your feedback. Basically, the refund is due to the quality guarantee. The size of the delivered shoes does not correspond to the standard Converse size. Here I am sending you pictures of the received shoes which are unused and still kept in their original packaging including the security seal. With Converse, size 43 corresponds to 28 cm as can be seen in the pictures of my other Converse shoes as proof.. The shoes you delivered in size 43 correspond to 27.5 cm, which are generally a bit tight for my foot size.. Therefore, I ask you to see the refund as a quality guarantee and to cover the refund of the delivery costs.. Presumably under your own Converse size classification, size 44 = 28 cm would be for me.. If you have the shoes in size 44 = 28 cm available, I will gladly accept an exchange (size 43 = 27.5 cm for size 44 = 28 cm).. As the return period is expiring soon (November 1st), I would be grateful for a prompt response from you so that I can quickly send back the shoes.. Thank you very much in advance for your support. Kind regards, Marcelo Montoto.

THIS PAGE IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. THE SNEAKERS HAVE THE SAME PRICE AS THE ORIGINALS BUT THEY ARE A FAKE. IN ADDITION TO THE AMOUNT, YOU HAVE TO PAY €18 IN CUSTOMS WHEN THE ORDER ARRIVES OR THEY WON'T DELIVER IT TO YOU. TO TRY TO EXCHANGE THEM, I SPENT MORE THAN A WEEK BECAUSE THERE IS NO RETURN BUTTON, AND THEY DIDN'T RESPOND TO EMAILS OR CHAT. TERRIBLE SERVICE, THAT WHEN I MANAGED TO TALK TO THEM THEY TOLD ME THAT THE TOTAL SHIPPING COST FOR THE RETURN WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY... IF I COULD, I WOULD REPORT THEM. DO NOT BUY HERE

Hello, I am contacting you because the sneakers I received in my order have arrived defective. Upon opening the package, I checked and found that they are coming unglued, so the product is not in suitable condition for use.. Given that this is a defective item, I request a full refund of the amount paid. I am attaching photographs where the problem can be clearly seen.. I would appreciate it if you could tell me the steps to follow to manage the return and refund as soon as possible.

It's the first time I've bought something on this app and honestly, it completely disappointed me. The order took 20 days, and on top of that, the delivery person didn't call me to see if I was home, so I had to go pick it up at the post office, and they charged me €20 to be able to pick it up, otherwise I couldn't. I mean, I paid for the order and then for the delivery, and on top of that, they're taking money from me to pick it up at the office. This is a total scam because when you make the purchase, they don't warn you about this. I definitely won't buy again... a bad experience.

Nike Air Max Furyosa is fantastic! Sleek and stylish design, it flatters the leg shape perfectly. The Air Max cushioning offers a soft, bouncy feel with great shock absorption—no fatigue for daily walking or light activity. The upper is snug and breathable, with excellent wrap and support, solid craftsmanship and fine details. The versatile black tone matches all outfits, ideal for casual outings and light sports. Style and performance in one, a must-buy for girls!

This product might just be a copy.. I bought a size 36.5 for my daughter who already has a pair in this size. The size is too small. I just bought the same product, same size, on the Nike website, and the size fits my daughter perfectly. How do you explain this? Another irritating point, I had to pay customs duties even though this was absolutely not specified during the order.

They don't inform about the product's import at the time of purchase. When the courier arrived, I had to pay the import duties because I wasn't informed when I bought it, unlike the shipping costs which were informed. I demand that you refund me as it was their fault. Please can you tell me where to upload the import receipt?

I find it shameful that they are charging me customs fees of €18.56, when they had already charged me €3 for shipping, due to poor management by the seller. This doesn't happen on other platforms, and on top of that, they told me at the post office that if I have to return them (because they are defective), it will cost me a fortune.
