Received earphones work very badly; the voice of the people I speak to comes very low, despite the volume in the phone settings being at maximum; the same thing people feel while I speak, my voice comes very low; tried on other phones the problem persists, therefore they are unusable. Among other things, they are absolutely not the Samsung originals that were in the mobile phone packages, as fully described in the features and photos published on your App at the time of purchase.
Didn't even have it a week and it magically fell apart. All the plastic around the ear bud just broke off and left the wires hanging out. I'm extremely upset about it I ordered a new pair because I loved my old kind they lasted me years but these were definatly made cheap compared to those even tho they look the exact same.
Perfect headphones, great sound, complete, always enthusiastic
