This unique blend of magnesium chloride flakes and organic essential oils is a great way to naturally relax your legs. Directions: For a foot bath, dissolve 5-6 tablespoons in warm water (100-105°F). Bath water should not be too hot, as this will prevent the magnesium from being absorbed into the skin. Recommended bath time is 20-30 minutes. Use 2-3 times a week, or more often if needed.

Ingredients: Magnesium chloride flakes, organic lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) oil, organic orange (Citrus aurantium dulcis) oil, organic cedar (Cedrus atlantica) oil. No preservatives, colors, or artificial flavors.
