By making the outline matte, the lips are even more illuminated and voluminous.

First, apply roughly by tapping around the center of the lips.

After that, simply use your fingers to blend the contours with a pom-pom and you're done.

BASIC

Draw the ridges of the lips neatly, and then apply the lower lip along the outline in the same way.

This step will give you the ideal volume.

Next, fill in the corners of the mouth. It will be easier to apply if you extend the lip a little.
