Suggested Use: Apply liberally 15 minutes before going outdoors. Reapply after swimming or sweating for 80 minutes. Immediately after towel-drying. At least every two hours. Sun Protection: Use sunscreen regularly with a broad spectrum SPF 15 or higher.
