This phone was fine at first. However approx. 10 weeks after I received it, it ceased to work. It ceased to make or take calls. I tried a couple of different sim cards that were working in other phones but they would nor work. There does not seem to be any way to request a refund. I am writing this in the hopt Joom will assist.

Kann Leider nur ein Stern geben...da defekt.... nichts geht...Display defekt und auch Sound und Ladevorgang funktionieren nicht... traurig aber ist so,...bin Mal gespannt wie die Reklamation gehändelt wird.....denke aber das wird schon.... Super díl, funguje perfektně, dá se volat, posílat SMS, přehrávat mp3 jelikož je zde slot na TF kart i dva sloty na SIM micro karty, určitě doporučuji jako nouzový mobil.Tlačítka jsou podsvícená, budík integrovaný, zámek kláves, lze nastavit několik jazyků. Bylo mi to velmi podezřívavé, ale teď jsem nadšený.
