The EncorePro 300 Series is a headset for call center use, combining all-day comfort, reliability, noise reduction and voice optimization features. Optimized frequency characteristics for voice up to 6,800Hz reduce hearing fatigue even when answering calls for long periods of time. A noise-canceling microphone allows you to deliver clear audio to the person on the other end of the call. Compatible with G616 for hearing protection and limits volume to 102dBSPL. A time-weighted average (TWA) setting also controls the average daily exposure to no more than 85dBA or 80dBA. It also has a sound limiting feature that protects your ears from volumes above 118dBA. It is not suitable for playing music etc. as it is optimized for audio. In addition, the microphone is tuned for calls, so your voice may sound slightly muffled compared to the voice picked up by a regular microphone, but this is not a defective product and is part of the specifications to prevent it from picking up unnecessary noise in the range. This model is for USB-A terminal connection.
