The Aluminum Fuel Cap Cover is crafted using the same CNC precision machining process often used for racing machine parts. Each piece is meticulously carved out of a monoblock of A6061 aluminum alloy, a material often used for strength components. It's a luxurious product, painstakingly crafted over time. The design, with its gently sharp edges, evokes the feel of a racing part, without the mass-produced feel of injection-molded plastic parts. The top part, however, is made of Toray dry carbon fiber (3K twill weave), adding elegance and a light feel. While retaining the original fuel cap details, the cover has been redesigned with a Diff design interpretation. Unnecessary lettering and icons have been deliberately omitted to enhance the part's presence. Dry carbon fiber parts are fitted into the cap panel, adding a premium texture and a light feel.
