This military action game is a game adaptation of the Gulf War, which broke out in January 1991 to force the withdrawal of Iraqi forces from Kuwait. Players take on the role of a multinational soldier and carry out their mission.
The game features two special forces: the U.S. Army's First Special Operations Detachment (Delta Force) and the British Army's Special Air Service (SAS). Players choose one of these forces and engage in ground combat.
Each unit consists of four members: a commander armed with an assault rifle and pistol; a sniper specializing in long-range shooting; a heavy weapons specialist wielding a rocket launcher and heavy machine gun; and a combat operative armed with anti-tank mines and C4 plastic explosives.
Players control one character and issue commands to three companions as they engage in combat against the enemy. Two-player cooperative play allows for safer completion of challenging missions.
