Amazon Review
Celebrating their 15th anniversary in 2002, the four-man band Spitz has released their first album (their 10th overall) in roughly two years since their previous album, "Hayabusa."
Two pre-release singles, the liberating melody of <7> (the image song for a Calpis commercial) and the mid-tempo ballad <2> (co-produced by Seiji Kameda), sing of the heart-pounding excitement of going to see a lover, are also released simultaneously. In addition to the 2001 smash hit <10>, which depicts a pure heart soaring toward a dream, the album also features tracks like <5>, with its danceable beat, and the refreshing country-flavored <8>. The album's powerful high-pitched voice and light pop sound deliver a refreshing feeling. (Mizuho Kitazaki)
Media Reviews and More
This album, Spitz's 10th, is perfect for listening to on a crescent moon night. Co-produced by Seiji Kameda, who has been Spitz's partner since the single "Sawatte・Katte" (December 2001), this album offers a diverse range of music, from Spitz's signature mid-tempo ballads to a power pop approach and danceable numbers!
