Lokta Bold Floral Bamboo Lock Notebook – Medium (15x12cm) – 45 Leaves – Ruby

Rich ruby colour gives this Lokta paper notebook a quietly expressive feel, like a small place set aside for thoughts before they scatter. The floral cover has a warm, decorative presence, while the bamboo lock makes the act of closing it feel deliberate and personal.

What gives it character

The ruby tone feels deep and warm, bringing a little colour to a desk, bedside table or bag.

A subtle floral pattern softens the cover, decorative without feeling busy.

The bamboo lock turns closing the notebook into a small ritual, keeping your writing neatly gathered.

Lokta paper brings a natural, tactile quality that suits slower writing, sketching and personal notes.

Its compact format is made for carrying through the day, ready for lists, fragments, plans or quiet observations.

Lokta paper and bamboo detail

The notebook is made with Lokta paper, a paper type known for its fibrous, organic character. The cover’s ruby floral design gives it a crafted look, while the bamboo lock adds a simple natural contrast.

How to use and care for it

Use it for everyday writing, ideas, sketches, travel notes or a private journal. Keep it dry, and store it away from damp surfaces so the paper and bamboo detail stay in good condition.

A note on Lokta paper

Lokta paper is closely associated with Himalayan papermaking traditions, where plant fibres are worked into sheets with a distinctive natural texture. In a notebook, that gives each page a slower, more tactile feeling than ordinary smooth paper. It suits writing that is not rushed: a few lines at the end of the day, a sketch in a café, a list made with care, or a thought you want to return to later.
