Wooden Case for Samsung Galaxy S22 OAK

Made in Poland We manufacture in Poland and we are proud of it! All wooden cases are made at our headquarters near Warsaw. We work hard on the creation of each wooden case, from design to packaging and shipping to the customer. We take full responsibility for our goods and are 100% confident in them, because the entire complex production process rests in our hands. Materials We make sure that each wooden case is unique. We make them from carefully selected wood, which we source in Poland and also find in the farthest corners of the world. Oak (Quercus L.) is a genus of trees or, less frequently, tall shrubs, belonging to the beech family (Fagaceae Dumort). It includes approximately 200 species found primarily in the temperate zone of the Northern Hemisphere (including Poland) and in high areas of the tropical zone. Oaks are famous for their large size; they are the thickest Polish trees, and their diameter can exceed 3 meters and reach heights of 25-35 meters. Oak wood is relatively heavy and hard, making it widely used in construction joinery and furniture. It is highly resistant to abrasion. Oak wood is yellowish-brown in color and has a clearly defined structure, with characteristic oak knots. Polycarbonate [used as the base/underside for our wood] – is a material characterized by dimensional stability, high stiffness, and shape stability under the influence of temperature. It is odorless. It is characterized by excellent impact resistance. It is matte and pleasant to the touch, making it an excellent finish for our wooden cases. TPU silicone [covering the sides of the phone on all four sides] – the most important feature that distinguishes this material is its high flexibility, which allows our cases to perfectly fit the shape of the phone. A case made of silicone will also be flexible across a wide range of temperatures, which is also important. Its excellent abrasion resistance is also crucial. TPU silicone also absorbs impacts very well. The plasticity and durability of the material we use will ensure your phone is perfectly protected, and removing and installing the case will be simple and intuitive. Precision of workmanshipThe creation of each of our wooden cases is accompanied by a complex and time-consuming production process. We attach great importance to every, even the smallest, aspect of our case. We use top-of-the-line machines to cut and engrave the wood, allowing us to achieve accuracy of up to 0.01mm. A significant portion of the production is done by hand, something that is rarely seen these days. Sanding, varnishing, polishing and precise gluing of wood are the result of the hard work of our hands. We give our hearts to each of our wooden cases! The most important features: 100% protection; Made of natural wood; Lightweight, does not add bulk to the phone; Perfectly matched to the shape of the phone; Does not interfere with the contactless payment signal (NFC); Compatible with inductive chargers (QI); Anti-slip layer guarantees a firm grip; Easy access to the charging socket, keys and ports; Carefully designed button embossing; Handheld wood processing and finishing; Precision workmanship; Compatible with protective glass; Style and elegance; The perfect combination of functionality and excellent design.
