Navíc mají viditelné vady zpracování a nekvalitní šití. Zboží budu vracet a očekávám vrácení peněz. S nákupem jsem velmi nespokojen.

Dobrý den, špatná velikost kopaček a materiál. kam mohu poslat zboží pro vřácení. Děkuji. Mička

Nejsem s tím spokojen

The product received was unsatisfactory, significantly different from its photograph on the website. Furthermore, the sizing was inaccurate, and there was a noticeable difference in the shoe straps. The refund process has been unexpectedly prolonged, and I am still awaiting reimbursement for postage and packaging. Thr photograph being worn is the listing, the other is what I received.

I want to return the product as I do not like to quality, also the size is not ok. Even though I contacted the service center (chat) cca 1 week ago, till now I did not get any answer. So again, I WANT TO RETURN IT, HOW TO DO IT PLEASE?

Pravá kůže a mají ten nový pach auta.

It’s not even the same model as in the photos, and on top of that they sent size 35 when I’d ordered size 34 – it’s a bit of a let-down. I’ll just have to make do with them though, because I really need them.
