52mm 12V 24Volts Universal Water Temperature Meter 40-120℃ for Car Motorcycle RV Auto Yacht Boat with 8 Colors Backlight

I ordered an ALLPOWERS 18V 200W foldable solar panel for €313.70. I received the parcel via Ukrposhta on 28 September, and inside was a plastic stick that looks like a fishing-rod part. This is a completely different item. It took me two days just to figure out how to do it: the website sends customers to the app, the bot can’t connect you to a human. Fortunately, I lodged a complain. I've attached photos and an unboxing video in my complain to Joom. However, 12 days have passed. There has been no reply, no correct item and no refund from either the seller or Joom. I bought the panel to prepare for winter, and blackouts have already started in Ukraine. Now I am left without the panel and without my money. I am with electricity disruptions. Guys, why are you so mean? I do not recommend buying from this seller on Joom.

Díky joom
