How do I request a refund?

On the site:
  1. Select the “My Orders” option.
  2. Select the order for which you want to request a refund.
  3. Click on “I have a question about my order”, fill in the appropriate form and select “Submit”.
In the app:
  1. Click on your profile icon and select the “My Orders” option.
  2. Select the order for which you want to request a refund.
  3. Click on “I have a question about my order” at the bottom of the page, then select the message icon at the top right.

If your order hasn’t been delivered and the Purchase Protection period has started, you can also request a refund by selecting “No” when asked “Have you received this order?” in the order details section and following the instructions.
