Hasegawa Eagle Development and Test Japan Air Force 70th Scale Plastic Model Kit F-15J "Air Wing, Self-Defense Anniversary" 1/72

The Air Development and Test Wing, based at Gifu Air Base of the Japan Air Self-Defense Force, is a unit that develops aircraft and equipment. To commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Japan Air Self-Defense Force in 2024, the first F-15J aircraft belonging to the Wing, aircraft number 801, was given a special commemorative paint scheme. This commemorative paint scheme is an homage to the first F-2 aircraft belonging to the Wing, aircraft number 501, which was painted in white with the fuselage centerline and each wingtip painted red to improve attitude visibility during testing. ■ Decal contents: Japan Air Self-Defense Force Air Development and Test Wing (A.D.T.W.)
