We have achieved incredible cost reductions through a synergistic effect of our production system based on ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) with highly acclaimed companies, our lineup focused on scooter tire sizes, and reduced transportation costs through industry-leading bulk orders. Our overseas manufacturing is supervised by active Japanese mechanics who are well versed in motorcycles, ensuring the quality is optimal for road conditions in Japan. As a result, we have obtained the US DOT*2 certification and the European E-Mark*3 certification in terms of quality. Our lineup boasts quality that is recognized not only in Japan but around the world. China has become a major player in the "Asian Tire" automotive tire market. Based on the workflow and cost reduction methods gained from producing "NBS Tires" in China, as well as the know-how on maintaining quality in overseas production, we have begun ODM production with an ISO9001*1 certified company, aiming for even higher performance, higher quality and even further cost reductions. We are currently developing our lineup under Bike Parts Center's new brand "BPC Tires", which has US certification DOT*2 and European certification E-Mark*3.
