This book consists of three parts: Part 1 Preparing for Korean Classes, Part 2 Examining Korean Classes, and Part 3 Trying Korean Classes. According to Paragraph 1 of the 'Operational Guidelines', Part 1 of preparing for Korean class corresponds to theory class, Part 2 of Korean class review corresponds to lecture observation, and Part 3 of Korean class includes mock class and lecture practice.
Part 1 is configured to be operated in less than one-fifth of the operating hours of practice courses in accordance with paragraph 2 of the 'Operational Guidelines'. In other words, when operated by undergraduate and graduate schools, it is equivalent to 3 weeks of 15-week classes. In addition, according to the contents of the theory class presented in Section 3 of the 'Operational Guidelines', Part 1 consists of three chapters: Chapter 1: Significance and Goals of Korean Language Education Practice, Chapter 2: Qualities and Roles of Korean Teachers, and Chapter 3: Design and Model of Korean Classes. do.
In accordance with Paragraph 4 of the 'Operational Guidelines', the second part corresponding to lecture observation and the third part corresponding to mock class or lecture practice are composed of assignments so that more than one-fifth of the practical course operation time can be operated. Various student-centered assignment activities provide students with a wide range of opportunities to directly or indirectly experience the Korean language education field.
Part 2 consists of utterances of Korean classes and observations of Korean classes, which are essential information for observing Korean language classes. In order to correctly observe Korean classes, Korean teachers must be well aware of the teacher's speech, which is the key to running the class.
Part 3 consists of teaching-learning guide drafting, mock classes, and evaluations necessary for simulated classes and lecture practice. In particular, it is structured to enable guidance on actual instruction plan preparation and evaluation on mock classes in accordance with Article 5 of the 'Operational Guidelines'.
One of the strengths of this book is that it deals with a variety of tasks in abundance. Korean language education practice courses are offered in undergraduate, graduate school, credit bank system, Korean language teacher training courses, etc., and the operating hours for each course are different. Therefore, if student-centered assignments are selectively used, Korean language education practice subjects can be flexibly operated in various courses.
