How to use the product: 1. For topical use, dilute the base oil in a 1:10 ratio. For easy measuring, measure out 20 drops of essential oil per tablespoon of base oil. The diluted mixture can be added to the bathtub. 2. Add 20 drops to 5oz. 150ml of water (room spray). 3. Add a few drops to the basket of dried flowers. 4. Add a few drops of essential oil to your Guru Nada® aromatherapy diffuser.
